I had an appointment at 3 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM. I waited 2 hr before I even saw anybody then I waited another 1 1/2 to get an x-ray and wait for the results. it was a slow day, I don't think I should've had to wait 3 1/2 hours. disappointing.

Reserving my appointment and checkin through MyChart was great. Loved doing it that way vs calling an then filling out paperwork. The waiting area was comfortable and nice and bright. The only improvement feedback I have is for how long the wait to be seen was. I wasn't taken back for about 30 minutes after arriving. Then once in the back I waited in the exam room about another 30 minutes after the nurse took all my vitals before I saw the Nurse Practitioner. The nurse had said the Nurse Practitioner would be with me shortly. I know they were busy but 30 minutes isn't what I would consider "be with you shortly". An update of the delay once in the exam room at that point would have been nice or at least a realistic wait time estimate.

The front office staff is extremely courteous. Catherine, the physicians assistant was very attentive asked good qualifying questions. She prescribed a very good treatment plan and I'm hopeful I'll feel much better.

I went because I tested positive and had full blown Covid symptoms. However It was impossible to keep the safe 6ft. Distance between the many people in the waiting room stated on your sign. Most of the people seeking care didn't wear masks. The clinical staff were kind and understanding.

If you allow people to book an appointment you should at least say on the page that it's no guarantee. I waited three hours and it didn't seem like there was any difference between walkins and those who had an appointment. Had I known I would have prepared for a long wait time, but I believed I would have been seen within half hour of appt so I didn't bring water, medicine, etc. the vending machine wasn't working. I am likely not to return to this location for this reason even though I think the care is fine. There shouldn't be an option to make an appt if it means nothing. At the very least let people know they will still be seen in the order or arrival, not based on appointment.

The goal here is to get customers in and out as quickly as possible and not to administer care. I came to your location twice and did not get quality service or treatment. No labs or anything were taken even though I have insurance. You guessed my problem without testing and gave medicine that made my issue worse.

I made an appt for 9:00 and was told to e-check in and be there at 8:45. Did both. I responded to the email to go to the desk to finish the check in. The receptionist blew me off. I wasn't called back to an exam room until 10:20. What's the purpose in making an appointment? I know it was busy and some people may have needed to be called before me, but the attitude of the receptionist could have been less grouchy. The medical staff was awesome. Once in a room, I was done in 15 min.

I thought the facility was handled well. What I really was impressed, when I got there, it was a two-hour, maybe two-hour and 20-minute wait, but I was able to keep my place in line. So I politely left the facility, and went across the street, got myself a cup of tea, relaxed in my car, and I came back an hour and 40 minutes, and it was just about my time. So I was happy with that, that I didn't have to sit there the whole time, you know, being bored, looking at the same walls, and so forth. I was happy. I think that the facility is clean. I was happy the bathrooms are especially clean, and I think the staff are, the doctors, the nurse practitioner, I think her name was Catherine, knowledgeable and helpful. So it was great. Thank you.

At the very least let people know they will still be seen in the order or arrival, not based on appointment.

Both the nurse and the PA were professional, knowledgable and attentive to my concerns. They explained how long the tests would take and described the results thoroughly.

I went because I tested positive and had full blown Covid symptoms. However It was impossible to keep the safe 6ft. Distance between the many people in the waiting room stated on your sign. Most of the people seeking care didn't wear masks. The clinical staff were kind and understanding.

The front office staff is extremely courteous. Catherine, the physicians assistant was very attentive asked good qualifying questions. She prescribed a very good treatment plan and I'm hopeful I'll feel much better.

Reserving my appointment and checkin through MyChart was great. Loved doing it that way vs calling an then filling out paperwork. The waiting area was comfortable and nice and bright. The only improvement feedback I have is for how long the wait to be seen was. I wasn't taken back for about 30 minutes after arriving. Then once in the back I waited in the exam room about another 30 minutes after the nurse took all my vitals before I saw the Nurse Practitioner. The nurse had said the Nurse Practitioner would be with me shortly. I know they were busy but 30 minutes isn't what I would consider "be with you shortly". An update of the delay once in the exam room at that point would have been nice or at least a realistic wait time estimate.

It took to long to be seen and while in the room I could here staff in the hallway and there conversation was unprofessional.

I had an appointment at 3 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM. I waited 2 hr before I even saw anybody then I waited another 1 1/2 to get an x-ray and wait for the results. it was a slow day, I don't think I should've had to wait 3 1/2 hours. disappointing.
