this practice is great. All the people, doctors, nurses, and stall are vert pleasent and easy to deal with. They listen intrnlly, explain clearly and care.

I had a little trouble trying to start the telehealth visit this time but it is very convenient. It helps to get medical assistance without having to wait several days or weeks for appointment. I know in some circumstances at office visit is needed but this video visit allowed me to stay home and rest. I really appreciate having that option.

I think the provider did very well. Unfortunately, I think there is a tremendous waste of time with administrivia in the system. The system needs to be simplified and it needs to take care of the patient and not all of the extraneous things. It took 45 minutes. I spoke with the attendant and that took two and she took care of everything. Thank you.

Cut off in The middle of the virtual visit was promised a call back in 30 minutes. That was over 24 hours ago. She Only seemed interested in the Medicare questions. I had to call them back no one reached out to me when the visit cut off disappointed to say the least
