The medical assistant the doctor and nurse were lovely. The front desk seemed annoyed ( We came in at 9:34 pm) it was a long ride for us. I believe she just wanted to go home, which I understand but I needed to come in at that time because I worked and the facility is an hour away. I was in so much pain. Other than that the medical staff were very caring and professional.

Yeah, so I went to a very nice facility, but they did not have my appointment anywhere close to time. I had an hour and a half delay. I waited another hour, and then the doctor finally came in, and I had to call and make my own x-ray vision thing. I was never told until then. I had to wait even longer, which is another hour for the results when I was told 20 minutes. Just pretty unsatisfied with that appointment. WellSTAR is great, though, but that location was not. Thank you very much.

Very thorough visit. Took a long time to get the results of the X-Ray read so the physician could advise me and prescribe medication. She advised I could leave and she would call me with details. She did call and left the information I needed as well as ordering the medications she recommended. She was very good; caring about my condition and providing advice.

Dr Ille was clear and caring and walked me through my likely diagnosis and how to use my medications and to come back for imaging if the medications didn't clear up my symptoms. She also looked at my chart and showed concern for other issues not mentioned and provided guidance for my high blood pressure as well

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was in a lot of pain but was well taken care of. I like the way the waiting room was divided for "sick" and "not sick" but the signs were so small and out of the way that I did not notice them until I had been sitting on the wrong side for a while.

They didn't do anything. I came in with my daughter who broke a finger, and the first site said they wouldn't deal with it right off the bat, and directed us to another Wellstar facility, and after x-raying the finger, they also refused to help, and referred us to the emergency room, where we finally got her finger set. Other than the x-ray on a disc so we saved some time at the emergency room, it was a complete waste of time and $600. What is on the profile for these urgent care facilities, handing out tissues and Tylenol? And on top of that, you don't take Blue cross, Blue shield, so I was charged out of network $275 for a visit to be told you wouldn't address the finger. What a rip off, I will figure out where to go next time, it won't be to WellStar. I will be sure to tell every one who asks about how much time we lost and money wasted dealing with WellStar. The Dr. at the second facility instructed us to drive 30 miles to a pediatric hospital with an emergency room, thank God, the head nurse stepped in and told us the emergency room only 10 miles away would be able to handle it , they handle children's breaks all the time. Next time, it's straight to the emergency room, not wasting time and $ with you.

An amazing visit! I had a 9:30 in the morning appointment. I saw Dr llle and she ordered x-rays. Mark, the X-ray tech, was extremely courteous and caring concerning my pain. I got the disc of the x-rays. Dr llle very quickly came and described the results of my x-rays. I was on my way home by 12:00 or so. I've never had such an effective, speedy, caring medical visit. I will go back when I need another urgent care.

We made a reservation and waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes past our reservation time (total of 60 minutes in the waiting room because we arrived early), then waited another 30 minutes in the exam room before the doctor arrived. Xray was wonderful, courteous and quick. And then we waited again for quite a while before seeing the doctor again. We were at the facility for 2 1/2 hours and spent less than 15 minutes total with care providers (including, nurses, doctor, and xray).

Very good example of customer service

Yeah, so I went to a very nice facility, but they did not have my appointment anywhere close to time. I had an hour and a half delay. I waited another hour, and then the doctor finally came in, and I had to call and make my own x-ray vision thing. I was never told until then. I had to wait even longer, which is another hour for the results when I was told 20 minutes. Just pretty unsatisfied with that appointment. WellSTAR is great, though, but that location was not. Thank you very much.

The medical assistant the doctor and nurse were lovely. The front desk seemed annoyed ( We came in at 9:34 pm) it was a long ride for us. I believe she just wanted to go home, which I understand but I needed to come in at that time because I worked and the facility is an hour away. I was in so much pain. Other than that the medical staff were very caring and professional.
